MI6 Chief: No Indications Putin Interested in Peace

The head of Britain's Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), Richard Moore, stated that there are no "indications" that Russian President Vladimir Putin is interested in a negotiated peace without Ukraine's surrender.
Speaking in Istanbul, Moore announced the agency's plans to use the dark web to recruit spies, primarily from Russia. He also mentioned that Putin underestimated the Ukrainians in the war.
MI6 is launching a special portal on the dark web, called Silent Courier, to enhance national security and facilitate staff recruitment. Instructions for using the website will be posted on MI6's YouTube channel.
Moore, who is considered a potential British ambassador to Washington, is preparing to step down this month and will be replaced by Blaise Metreveli.
