Reactions to Netanyahu's Vision of a "Greater Israel"

Statements by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding his vision of a "Greater Israel" have sparked reactions from Arab countries.

The controversial expression refers to the borders described in the Vinlo and included the West Bank, as well as parts of territories in neighboring countries such as Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria.

Egypt has requested clarifications, noting that the statements reflect terms of provoking instability and rejecting the option of peace. Iraq also condemned the statements, considering them a clear challenge to the sovereignty of countries.

Saudi Arabia expressed full rejection of settlement and expansion plans, reiterating the right of the Palestinian people to establish an independent state.
