TikTok: Five Deaths in Britain Linked to 'Blackout Challenge'

Families in Britain have turned to the American Justice system following the deaths of five children, aged 12 to 14, allegedly related to the 'blackout challenge' on TikTok.
The children, Julian, Archie, Maia, Noah, and Isaac, were found dead after attempting the challenge, which, according to the platform, is prohibited and removed.
The families claim that the deaths were 'the predictable result of intentional addiction' implemented by TikTok. They are asking platforms to allow parents access to their children's accounts after their death.
The case is in the Supreme Court of Delaware. TikTok argues that it has no jurisdiction because the victims lived outside the USA.
