Air Raid Alert in Ukraine Amidst Russian Attacks

Air raid alerts sounded across almost all of Ukraine, except for the Odesa region, due to Russian attacks. President Volodymyr Zelensky had warned of potential 'massive strikes'.

Three people were killed and 14 injured in the Poltava and Zaporizhzhia regions. In Poltava, two people were killed and eleven injured, while in Zaporizhzhia, one person was killed and three injured.

Vitali Diakinvich, the governor of Poltava, reported damage to apartment buildings and a hotel. Ivan Fedorov, the governor of Zaporizhzhia, spoke of a 'massive combined attack with drones and missiles'.
