Sweden: Emergency Landing for Boeing After Tire Explosion

A Norwegian low-cost airline Boeing 737 made an emergency landing at Arlanda International Airport in Sweden after a tire exploded during takeoff. Flight D82046, bound for Paris, carried 181 passengers.
Passengers reported hearing a loud bang shortly after takeoff. An inspection after landing revealed the tire explosion and debris on the runway.
A passenger told Expressen that the aircraft shook violently during takeoff and that her legs were still shaking. An airline spokesperson stated that the pilot had to return to Arlanda due to technical issues. Sara Ericsson, from the Flight Control Center (JRCC), stated that an evaluation of the data has begun.
