Share on:

Four people were killed in a Ukrainian drone attack in the Samara region, southwestern Russia. The region is more than 800 kilometers from the Ukrainian front.

Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev said the attack took place overnight and one person was injured. He also reported that energy and oil complex facilities were targeted.

The command of the Ukrainian armed forces had mentioned the Samara oil facility in the Russian region of the same name.

Russian attacks overnight killed at least three people in Ukraine, according to Kyiv.

Ukraine regularly targets Russia with unmanned aerial vehicles in response to the attack launched by Moscow in 2022.
