Ukraine: At Least 19 Killed in Russian Attacks on Kyiv

At least 19 people, including four children, have been killed in Russian missile attacks on Kyiv. Rescue teams continue their efforts in the affected Darnitsky district.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko described the attack as one of the largest the city has experienced in recent months. At least 63 people were injured. Damage was caused to buildings in various districts.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the attack was Moscow's response to diplomatic efforts to end the war. U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, reported that Russian missiles hit residential areas, political trains, the offices of the EU Council, the British mission, and innocent civilians.
The attacks also caused damage to a Turkish company and the Azerbaijani embassy.
