Four people were killed on Wednesday in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine, following Russian strikes. According to regional governor Oleksandr Khanzha, Russian forces struck three communities near Synelnykove, east of the city of Dnipro.

In one of the communities, a man was killed and his wife was injured. In a nearby area, a couple and their 45-year-old son lost their lives. A woman was injured in another village in the region, the governor reported.

Russian forces regularly bombard Ukrainian civilian infrastructure, including energy infrastructure. In Zaporizhzhia, Russian raids left approximately 11,000 residents without electricity, according to Governor Ivan Fedorov. The temperature in the city is -9 degrees Celsius.

On February 9, at least six people were killed and 41 injured in Russian attacks in Ukraine. On January 27, a Russian drone attack on Odesa hit apartment buildings and university buildings, killing at least three people and injuring dozens of others.
