Novichok Poisoning: Skripals Reveal Moments of Terror

Sergei Skripal and his daughter, Yulia, have described the terrifying moments of their poisoning with the nerve agent Novichok in Salisbury in 2018. Russian agents sprayed the door handle of their home, leading to them falling into a coma for three weeks.
Yulia recalls that the first symptoms appeared in a restaurant, with trembling eyes and color distortions. "Everything was blurry and changing to pink, red, blue... like I had taken LSD," she testified. Sergei reported seeing hallucinations of people who were not there.
The case led to the death of Dawn Sturgess, who found a bottle with Novichok residue and sprayed it on herself, thinking it was perfume.
The perpetrators were identified as Russian agents Ivan Yermakov and Alexei Lexeyev, who had entered Britain under false names.
The final report of the investigation is expected next month.
