Eighty-three people remain hospitalized after the devastating bar fire in Crans Montana on New Year's Day.

Four days after the disaster, Swiss police announced that all 116 injured in the deadly fire have now been identified, along with the 40 fatalities, most of whom were teenagers.

Swiss authorities believe the fire started in the basement when sparklers attached to champagne bottles touched the soundproofing foam on the ceiling.

A criminal investigation is underway against the bar's managers, with charges including manslaughter. Questions are also being raised about the authorities' inspections regarding the operation and licensing of the venue.
