A new report indicates 19 fatalities in Kyiv following Russian attacks involving drones and missiles. Among the victims are four children, according to the head of Kyiv's military administration, Timur Tkachneko. Dozens more are injured.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko described the attack as one of the largest in the city in recent months. At least 63 people were injured, and damage was caused to buildings in various districts.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the attack was Moscow's response to diplomatic efforts to end the war. Damage was also caused to a Turkish company and the Azerbaijani embassy.

U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, reported that the targets were residential areas, political trains, the offices of the EU Council and the British mission, as well as innocent civilians.
