Chiara Ferragni Acquitted in Pandorogate Case: 'The Nightmare is Over'

Chiara Ferragni has been acquitted by the Milan court on charges of fraud in the Pandorogate case. The decision comes after months of controversy and public criticism.
The case began when Ferragni's collaboration with Balocco to promote a pandoro came under investigation. While the campaign was advertised as supporting cancer research, it was revealed that Balocco had already made a donation of 50,000 euros, while Ferragni's companies earned over 1 million euros.
Although the charge of severe fraud was dropped, Ferragni is called upon to manage the consequences in her personal and professional life. The decision also concerns Fabio D'Amato and Francesco Canillo.
The acquittal offers legal relief but does not restore Ferragni's former glory. The scandal contributed to the dissolution of her relationship with rapper Fedez and changes in the political landscape.
