Spain: Third fatality in wildfires

A man lost his life in northwestern Spain, in the region of Castile and León, while trying to extinguish a forest fire. This marks the third fatality from this summer's wildfires in Spain.
A man succumbed to severe burns on Tuesday in a wildfire in Tres Cantos, near Madrid. A thirty-five-year-old volunteer also died on Tuesday while battling a fire in the León region. Several injured individuals are hospitalized.
The large wildfires in Spain are linked to the ongoing heatwave.
