France: Woman Put Two Infants in Freezer

In France, a 50-year-old woman was arrested after two dead infants were found in a freezer.

During interrogation, the woman admitted to placing the infants in the freezer immediately after their birth, between the years 2011 and 2018. She claimed she gave birth alone at home, wrapped the newborns, and placed them in the freezer.

She explained that she hid the pregnancies from her family and friends. Her partner, who was also taken into custody, stated he was unaware of the pregnancies.

The woman, who has nine children from three different fathers, had left the house in December. The discovery was made when a family member was tidying up the freezer that she used.
