France: Car Hits Pedestrians – One Dead, Several Injured

A driver hit pedestrians in Pirou (Manche), Northern France, resulting in the death of one pedestrian and injuries to several others, according to a statement from the prefecture.

Firefighters rushed to the scene and provided first aid to six victims, including four pedestrians and the two occupants of the car, according to leparisien. The causes of the accident remain unknown.
