France: Car Plows Into Crowd in Évreux - One Dead, Five Injured

A tragic incident occurred in Évreux, France, where a car plowed into a crowd outside a bar in the early hours of Saturday, resulting in one fatality and five injuries.

According to authorities, the incident happened after an altercation. The driver allegedly started the car and drove into the crowd at high speed. Police have arrested three people and are conducting an investigation into homicide and attempted homicide.

The victim is a man around 30 years old, while two of the injured, aged 31 and 52, are hospitalized in critical condition. The mayor of the city expressed his sorrow for the event.
