Two Dead, 5 Injured in Italy Avalanche

At least two skiers have died in an avalanche in Alto Adige, northern Italy. The current toll, according to authorities, is two dead and five injured in serious condition. There is also a report of one person missing.
The group of skiers consisted of twenty people who were connected with a geolocation mechanism.
Six helicopters and eighty members of the Italian financial police, Alpine First Aid, and rescue teams from Austria rushed to help.
