Dominican Republic: Six Dead in Bus Accident
At least six people were killed and 47 injured in a bus accident in the Dominican Republic, in the Espaillat province.
The accident occurred near the town of San Víctor, when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle due to brake failure. The passengers were returning from a trip to Playa Grande.
Since the beginning of the year, 887 people have died in traffic accidents in the country.
