Denmark to Ban Drone Flights Due to European Summit

Denmark will ban drone flights across its territory from Monday to Friday due to the upcoming EU Summit in Copenhagen. The Ministry of Transport announced that the ban aims to guarantee the safety of European leaders.

The decision follows incidents of drone overflights of unknown origin in Danish airspace since September 22, which led to temporary airport closures. Denmark had hinted at possible Russian involvement in these incidents.
