Argentina: Nine Dead After Bus Plunges into River

At least nine people have died and 29 were injured in the Misiones province of Argentina after a bus fell off a bridge into a river following a collision with a car.
The accident occurred near the village of Obera, 1,000 kilometers from Buenos Aires, around 4:30 AM local time. The double-decker bus, carrying approximately 50 passengers, collided with a car and plunged into the riverbed from a bridge.
More than 100 firefighters and rescuers took several hours to extricate the passengers from the wreckage.
