Paris-Bound Flight Diverted After Tire Explosion on Takeoff

A Norwegian Boeing 737, operating flight D82046 from Stockholm to Paris with 181 passengers, made an emergency landing at Arlanda Airport. Shortly after takeoff, one of the aircraft's tires exploded, causing disruption in the cabin.
Passengers described scenes of distress. Maya Karenko, a passenger, reported that the plane shook a lot during takeoff. She added that the pilot and crew remained calm, reassuring the passengers.
A Norwegian spokesperson stated that the aircraft took off as scheduled, but the pilot had to return to Arlanda due to technical issues. They also emphasized that such incidents are extremely unusual and taken very seriously.
