The time change will take place as usual in 2026 in Greece, according to the current European framework. Despite discussions to abolish the measure, no relevant decision has been taken.

Summer Time 2026: The clocks will turn forward one hour on Sunday, March 29, 2026. At 03:00, they will show 04:00.

Winter Time 2026: The return will take place on Sunday, October 25, 2026. At 04:00, the clocks will turn back one hour and show 03:00.

Most modern devices adjust automatically, while analog devices require manual adjustment.

The time change can affect sleep, causing fatigue and drowsiness, with the body needing up to two weeks to adjust.
