Pakistan: Islamic State Claims Responsibility for Islamabad Attack

The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack on a Shiite mosque in Islamabad, Pakistan, which killed at least 31 people and injured 170. The claim was made via a message on the organization's Telegram channel.
