Algeria: Two Killed in Military Plane Crash

Two members of the Algerian Air Force died and four were injured in a military plane crash shortly after takeoff from a base south of Algiers, the country's Ministry of Defense announced.
The aircraft, a BE 1900 type, was carrying six crew members. An investigation has been ordered into the causes of the crash.
This tragedy recalls the April 2018 air disaster, when an Ilyushin Il-76 transport plane crashed from the same base, killing 257 people.
