Samsung vs. Apple: Competition Heats Up in the US

The competition between Samsung and Apple in the United States smartphone market continues intensely. Recent sales figures indicate that Samsung is increasing its market share, while Apple remains at the top.
According to CNBC, Samsung's shipments increased in the US, with its market share reaching 31% from 23% in the previous quarter, according to Canalys data. Apple's market share decreased to 49% from 56%.
Samsung introduced new phones with foldable screens, such as the Z Fold 7 and Z Flip, and added the Galaxy S25 Edge to its range. The company offers a wider range of products at different prices, including low-end phones and high-tech devices.
Samsung's Galaxy and Z series of phones range from $650 to $2,400, offering options in every price range, according to Canalys analyst Runar Bjorhovde.
