Neuralink to Mass Produce Brain Implants by 2026

Elon Musk's brain implant company, Neuralink, aims to begin mass production of brain-computer interface devices. According to a post by Elon Musk on the social media platform 'X', the company is also planning a fully automated surgical procedure in 2026.

The implant is designed to help individuals with conditions such as spinal cord injury. The first patient to receive it is already using it to play video games, browse the internet, post on social media, and move a cursor on a laptop.
