Elon Musk is seeking $134 billion from OpenAI and Microsoft, claiming they are "unjust profits" gained from his initial support of OpenAI.

According to court documents filed on January 16, Musk argues that OpenAI earned between $65.5 billion and $109.4 billion from his contributions since 2015, while Microsoft earned between $13.3 billion and $25.1 billion.

Musk contends that these profits would not have been achieved without his initial backing of the artificial intelligence company. The case is ongoing.
