Vallefoglia - Panathinaikos 3-2: Challenge Cup to be decided in Glyfada

Panathinaikos lost 3-2 to Vallefoglia in the first leg of the Women's Challenge Cup final, in a match held in Pesaro, Italy. The set scores were 25-20, 20-25, 25-12, 22-25, 15-12.

This defeat gives the Italian team a slight advantage, but leaves the trophy conquest open ahead of the return leg in Glyfada on Wednesday (18/3, 19:00). Panathinaikos needs a 3-0 or 3-1 victory to win the trophy. In case of a 3-2 victory, a golden set will follow.
