Tsitsipas Withdraws from Wimbledon Due to Injury

Stefanos Tsitsipas has withdrawn from Wimbledon due to a back injury he sustained during his opening match against Valentin Vacherot.

The Greek champion felt discomfort in his back and called a medical time-out in the 2nd set. Despite attempting to continue, the injury prevented him from finishing the match. The score was 6-3, 6-2 in favor of Vacherot when Tsitsipas retired.
