Formula 1 Qualifying Changes Announced

Just days before the start of the Formula 1 season on March 8th in Melbourne, the FIA has announced changes to the qualifying sessions.

Due to the increase in teams, six drivers will now be eliminated from both Q1 and Q2, allowing the top ten to participate in Q3. The time in Q1 has also been increased.
