Celje: Maevsky to remain as coach for AEK matches

Ivan Maevsky will remain as the coach of Celje for the matches against AEK in the Conference League. Despite the 2-1 defeat to Aluminij in the Slovenian league, Celje's management decided to support Maevsky temporarily.

Initially, there were reports of a search for a new coach, with Igor Biscan being a candidate. However, the management is divided, and Maevsky will remain on the bench until a replacement is found.

Celje faces AEK next Thursday (12/3, 22:00) in Slovenia.
