Tetê Close to 4-Year Deal with Grêmio

Tetê appears to be leaving Panathinaikos, with Grêmio close to acquiring him. According to a report from the Brazilian website «ge.globo.com», only formalities remain to complete the transfer. The two sides have agreed on everything, and Tetê will sign for 4 years.

As reported by Athletiko, Panathinaikos has a 7 million euro offer from Grêmio, as well as another offer from another team.

According to the report, Grêmio initially tried to acquire Tetê on loan, but the offer did not proceed. Negotiations proceeded with new terms, as Grêmio and the player had already reached a verbal agreement.
