Pilios called up to Albania National Team: First call-up with Strakosha

Stavros Pilios has been called up to the Albania National Team for the first time by coach Silvinho for the March matches. AEK goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha has also been called up.

The AEK left-back, although born in Greece, has family roots in Northern Epirus, which played a role in his decision to represent Albania. He will play with the surname Pilo, as written on his Albanian passport. His parents are from Delvino, near Argyrokastro.
