Sanches Arrives in Athens Tonight for Panathinaikos

Renato Sanches is expected to arrive in Athens tonight (22/08) at 21:20 at “El. Venizelos” airport to finalize his transfer to Panathinaikos.

The Portuguese midfielder will sign a contract with the Greens and reunite with coach Rui Vitoria, with whom he worked 10 years ago.

According to Equipe, Panathinaikos prevailed over Trabzonspor for the acquisition of the 28-year-old player. Sanches will play for Panathinaikos on loan without a purchase option. He has a contract with Paris until 2027.
