Rodinei: "Proud of my teammates - We must move forward"

Rodinei, one of the captains of Olympiacos, made a statement after the team's elimination by Leverkusen in the Champions League play-offs.

Olympiacos drew 0-0 at the Bay Arena, and in combination with their 2-0 defeat at the "G. Karaiskakis", they bid farewell to the Champions League.

Rodinei stressed that he is proud of his teammates and underlined the need to move forward.

"Unfortunately, our journey in the Champions League has come to an end, but I am proud of all my teammates for the fight we put up against a very strong team. Now it's time to lift our heads and move forward, because great things are coming!" he stated.
