Real Madrid Eyes Barcelona's Pedri: A Figo Repeat?

Real Madrid president, Florentino Pérez, is reportedly interested in Barcelona player, Pedri, according to reports.

As reported by «ElDesmarque», journalist Siro López claimed that Real Madrid is seriously considering acquiring the 23-year-old midfielder, although it is considered a difficult transfer.

Pedri has made 227 appearances for Barcelona, scoring 28 goals. His contract with the «Blaugrana» expires in 2030, with a release clause of one billion euros.

Another journalist, Roberto Gómez, also confirmed Real's interest, referring to a possible repeat of the Luis Figo transfer in 2000.
