Mendilibar: "There is room for the title"

José Luis Mendilibar spoke after Olympiacos' 0-2 victory over Panathinaikos at Leoforos, regarding the Super League playoffs.

The Olympiacos coach told Cosmote TV: "In the first half, both teams had chances, but we managed to score the first goal and that was very important. The second goal before half-time gave us peace of mind. It was crucial that we converted our chances into goals."

He also added: "That was the aim today, we knew there was an obligation after AEK's victory earlier. There are four games left, there is a 5-point difference, but we believe there is room. Olympiacos has always been like this, in the moments it needs to, it shows its class, capabilities and strength. That's what we want and must do."
