Lewandowski: "I said 'yes' to Manchester United in 2012"

Robert Lewandowski revealed that he had agreed to move to Manchester United in 2012. However, Dortmund felt it was too early to sell him, as they wanted to increase his value.

"I had decided and said 'yes', I wanted to go to Manchester United, to see Sir Alex Ferguson. But at that time, which was my second season at Dortmund, they couldn't just sell me, because they knew that if I stayed longer, they would get more money and I could wait 1-2 years.
