Newcastle to Acquire Ramsdale from Southampton

Newcastle is close to another significant transfer! According to «Athletic», Eddie Howe's team has reached an agreement with Southampton for the acquisition of 27-year-old English goalkeeper, Aaron Ramsdale.

The deal involves a loan with an option to buy next summer. Ramsdale leaves Southampton after one season, having previously played for Bournemouth, Arsenal, and Sheffield United, and having made 5 appearances for the English national team.
