Florentino Pérez Considers Selling Real Madrid Shares

Real Madrid president, Florentino Pérez, is considering selling a stake in the team, specifically between 5% and 10%.
The aim of this move is to increase the club's liquidity. According to Cadena Ser, Real Madrid's valuation is 10 billion euros.
The sale of shares will take place without changing the corporate structure, maintaining control by the members. A new company will be established to purchase the shares, with Real Madrid participating in the Board of Directors.
Florentino Pérez aims to raise from 500 million to 1 billion euros through this process.
