NBA: Spurs Win in Detroit, Kings and Rockets Secure Easy Victories

For the Pistons, Cunningham had 16 points and 10 assists. The Houston Rockets defeated the Utah Jazz with 125-105, with Durant having 12 assists and Jabari Smith 31 points. Lauri Markkanen scored 29 points for the Jazz.

The Sacramento Kings defeated the Memphis Grizzlies with 123-114, with Russell Westbrook scoring 25 points and Precious Achiuwa achieving a double-double (22 points and 12 rebounds). Smalls scored 21 points for the Grizzlies.
