Luka Dončić appeared on the cover of the American edition of Men's Health, showcasing an impressive physical transformation. The star of the Lakers and Slovenia has undergone a summer of hard work and discipline, improving his physical condition.
Dončić is preparing in a quiet village in Croatia with his trainer, Anže Maček, doing two workouts a day that include weights, flexibility exercises, and speed training. He is also working with physiotherapist Javier Barrio on balance and body control.
Dončić follows a gluten-free and low-sugar diet, consuming at least 250 grams of protein per day. He states that he feels more refreshed than ever and is ready for EuroBasket 2025.
