Mathias Lessort: Return to Action with Panathinaikos AKTOR

Mathias Lessort is returning to action with Panathinaikos AKTOR after a long period of absence due to injury. His return is expected in the game on Thursday (12/3) against Zalgiris.

Lessort's injury occurred on December 19, 2024, in a match against Baskonia, when he suffered a fibula fracture. This was followed by surgery and a long period of rehabilitation.

Dimitris Giannakopoulos renewed Lessort's contract until 2028, showing the team's support for the player. Lessort returned to action at the Final 4 in Abu Dhabi, but relapsed and required a new arthroscopic surgery in November.

After hard work and an individual program, Lessort is now ready to return to the team.
