D. Giannakopoulos: Strong Reaction to Refereeing at SEF

Panathinaikos has expressed strong complaints about the refereeing in the match against Olympiacos at SEF, focusing mainly on the decisions of the first half and the questionable calls in the second half, when the team approached or surpassed the score.

As a result, Dimitris Giannakopoulos targeted the president of Euroleague, Dejan Bodiroga. In a protest move, during halftime of the match at SEF, Bodiroga's banner was removed from the roof of OAKA.

Panathinaikos believes that the refereeing was hostile and are preparing to escalate the confrontation with the organizing authority, claiming that the recent matches with Paris and Olympiacos were the trigger.
