Gene Simmons: 'Ozzy Osbourne Was a Giant'

Gene Simmons of KISS paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne, the legendary Black Sabbath musician who passed away in July at the age of 76. In an interview on the 'Fail Better' podcast with David Duchovny, Simmons described Osbourne as 'a one-of-a-kind person' and a 'giant' of music.
Simmons emphasized that Osbourne remained down-to-earth despite his fame. 'He was always Ozzy and treated you and your neighbor exactly the same,' he said, adding that Osbourne had 'no arrogance'.
Simmons also mentioned that he had known Osbourne for decades and learned a lot from him. 'It's important to know someone like Ozzy Osbourne who was just himself,' he stated.
