Who will be the next James Bond? The search as a marketing tool

The search for the next James Bond has evolved into a clever marketing tool for cinema. Several actors have been in the spotlight as potential successors to Daniel Craig, with rumors constantly resurfacing.
Initially, Callum Turnen was considered a favorite, but his candidacy lasted only a few weeks. Subsequently, Australian actor Jacob Elordi emerged as the new favorite of bookmakers after his success in the film Wuthering Heights.
Another candidate, British actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson, had the support of former 007s Pierce Brosnan and George Lazenby, but his name seems to have lost ground. Other actors who have been mentioned include Tom Hardy, Idris Elba, Theo James, James Norton, Josh O’Connor, Harris Dickinson, and Rége-Jean Page.
The uncertainty surrounding who will take on the role of James Bond continues to fuel public and media interest.
