Brigitte Bardot, Film Legend, Dies at 91

French actress and singer Brigitte Bardot, a sex symbol and animal rights activist, has died at the age of 91.

She rose to international fame with the film 'And God Created Woman' in 1956, written and directed by her then-husband, Roger Vadim. She later retired from acting to dedicate herself to animal rights advocacy.
