In her post, Paris Jackson shared snapshots from her daily life, such as time with friends and hikes in nature. In the caption, she mentioned that sobriety doesn't mean a perfect life, but a learning process to live on one's own terms.
She also referred to the mental disorders she faces, such as depressive disorder, post-traumatic stress, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, sending a message of support to those facing similar situations: 'You are not alone. Hold on and, if no one told you today, I love you'.
Paris Jackson has spoken in the past about the importance of abstaining from substances, likening her experience to a car accident where everything she had suppressed came to the surface.
