Oscars 2024: What the Stars Ate at the Governors Ball

The menu at the Governors Ball, the official dinner following the Oscars ceremony, included pizzas, smoked salmon, and chocolate statues with gold dust.
According to the BBC, the 1,500 guests enjoyed 7,000 glasses of champagne, 600 pizzas, and 90 kilograms of steak. Chef Wolfgang Puck and his team, consisting of 75 chefs and 45 pastry chefs, curated the menu.
The menu included classic selections such as chicken pot pie and Oscar-shaped smoked salmon crackers, as well as a sushi and salmon stand. For dessert, guests sampled apple strudel and ice cream, and received chocolate statues with gold dust.
Leftover food was distributed to homeless people in Los Angeles.
