Jonathan Bailey Named Sexiest Man Alive for 2025

Jonathan Bailey has been named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2025. The 37-year-old actor is the first openly gay man to receive the title.

Speaking to Forbes on November 6th, Bailey called the recognition a "tremendous honor" and expressed his joy at the positive message it sends to the LGBTQ+ community.

"Nothing's sexier than progress," Bailey stated, adding that he looks forward to seeing how the title can help the LGBTQ+ community.

Born in Oxfordshire on April 25, 1988, Bailey is best known for his role as Anthony Bridgerton in the series "Bridgerton." He has since appeared in the film "Wicked" and "Jurassic World: Rebirth."
